Caffeine had been my constant companion for over a year. I decided to quit caffeine cold turkey (which sucked!) but after the week of withdrawls, I felt so much better.<BR/><BR/>I'm still an avid Starbucks fan, but I drink decaf (I know it's not totally caffeine free, but the amount is pretty small). <BR/><BR/>Caffeine is a really strong drug, which I learned when I experienced such bad withdrawls. What makes people feel so crappy is the crashing after the caffeine wears off. The stimulant of caffeine makes you feel good, but unevitably it's going to wear off and you'll need more. Any wonder there's a Starbucks (or a Peet's) on every corner!
